What we collect
When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects the account details you provide or that your chosen sign-in method (email, Google, Discord, or Roblox) shares with us — typically your email address, username, and profile picture.
When you use RClanX, we store the clan data you create or submit: clan names, tags, descriptions, emblem images, join requirements, join request messages, member ranks, and announcements.
How we use it
Your account information is used to identify you within the app — for example, showing your username as a clan member, or letting clan officers see who sent a join request. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Where it's stored
Account and authentication data is managed by Clerk. Clan data (clans, memberships, join requests, announcements, uploaded emblem images) is stored in our Supabase (PostgreSQL) database and storage buckets.
Your choices
You can leave a clan, delete a clan you own, or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your authentication record with Clerk; contact us if you'd like associated clan data removed as well.
